Executive training that starts with your hardest problem

Most leadership programmes hand you frameworks and hope you figure out the rest. We start from the other end: your actual strategic dilemma, the decision keeping you up, the team dynamic that isn't working. Then we build the skill around it.

Four phases, one principle: relevance

We refuse to teach theory you could read in a book. Every hour you spend with us is anchored to a real situation from your organisation. Here is the structure that makes that possible.

Diagnostic interview

A 90-minute conversation with your facilitator before the programme begins. We map your current challenges, stakeholder landscape and the two or three capabilities that would make the biggest difference in the next twelve months. This shapes everything that follows.

Live intensive

Two to five days of facilitated sessions, depending on the programme. Group sizes stay under twelve. Each module alternates between short input, live case work drawn from participants' own situations, and structured peer feedback. No slide decks longer than eight minutes.

Application sprint

Over the six weeks after the intensive, each participant applies one new practice to a live project. Bi-weekly check-ins with a coach keep momentum. We track what changed, not what was "learned."

Impact debrief

A final session where we review measurable outcomes: decisions made faster, negotiations closed, team alignment scores. This data goes back to the sponsoring organisation so the investment is visible.

Pick the pressure point

Each programme targets a specific executive capability. They can run independently or combine into a longer development arc.

Two professionals in an intense negotiation session

High-stakes negotiation

Three-day intensive for leaders who negotiate deals above HK$10 million, regulatory outcomes or cross-border joint ventures. You rehearse with professional counterparts who push back hard. Past participants report closing 23% faster on average within six months.

Strategic decision-making under uncertainty

Two days focused on how to commit resources when the data is incomplete. We use scenario planning, pre-mortem analysis and real capital-allocation simulations. Designed for C-suite and board members who face ambiguous choices quarterly.

Organisational influence and sponsorship

Five half-day modules spread over ten weeks. For leaders who have the title but struggle to move the organisation. Covers coalition building, narrative framing and managing upward without undermining peers. Each module ends with a concrete action to execute before the next.

Transition coaching for new roles

The first 100 days in a new executive role determine whether you build momentum or inherit inertia. This programme pairs you with a coach for twelve sessions over four months. We cover stakeholder mapping, early wins, and how to renegotiate inherited commitments without burning trust.

What changed, measured

We track results at 90 days and 180 days post-programme. These figures come from 214 participants across 18 organisations.

37% Faster average time-to-decision on strategic initiatives reported by sponsoring organisations
4.1× Return on programme fee estimated by CFOs using internal project-value benchmarks
89% Of participants applied at least one technique within 30 days of completing the intensive
62 Net Promoter Score across all programmes, measured at the 180-day mark, not immediately after

Before you reach out

We ask for at least six weeks between the diagnostic interview and the start of the intensive. That gives us time to prepare case materials tailored to your context. For custom programmes involving multiple business units, eight to ten weeks is more realistic.
Yes. About 60% of our intensives happen on-site at the client's premises. We bring all materials and can work with any room that seats twelve comfortably. The only requirement is a space where participants feel they can speak candidly, so we avoid fishbowl conference rooms on busy floors.
Pricing depends on programme length, group size and the degree of customisation. A two-day intensive for a group of ten typically falls between HK$18,000 and HK$28,000 per person, inclusive of the diagnostic interview and application sprint coaching. Individual transition coaching is quoted separately. We share detailed pricing after the initial scoping call.
We run programmes across Asia-Pacific. Recent engagements have taken us to Singapore, Tokyo, Sydney and Jakarta. Diagnostic interviews and application-sprint coaching happen over video regardless of location. Intensives are always in person because the peer dynamics lose too much over a screen.
During the diagnostic, we agree on two to three observable indicators with the participant and their sponsor. These might be speed of a particular decision, feedback scores from direct reports, or completion of a stalled initiative. At the impact debrief we review those indicators together. We do not rely on satisfaction surveys alone.

Start with a conversation

The diagnostic session is free and takes about 30 minutes. We will ask you what is actually going on, not pitch you a brochure. If there is a fit, we scope a programme. If not, we will tell you.
